Château La Clyde 2022, vinified by Florence Jouny : White Bordeaux 100% Muscadelle
Aged in new barrels (and 1 wine) Ermitage Bertranges CB – 225 liters.
In vineyards cultivated like a garden, Florence Jouny produces white, red and rosé wines on 1.8ha in Tabanac in Gironde.
The biodynamic cultivation of healthy and tasty grapes allows her to offer original, aromatic wines. Here quality clearly takes precedence over quantity.
This is notably the case with his dry white Bordeaux 100% Muscadelle.
This capricious grape variety is vinified here in 225 liter ERMITAGE barrels. The origin of the wood used is 100% Bertranges, associated with a blond toast, the maturation continues for 5 months.
The nose is flattering, and spring reveals aromas of white flowers (lilac), the breeding brings him a lot of freshness, with a beautiful acidity, frank. In the middle of the mouth, the contribution of volume is consequent, the final is long, open, fresh and saline.
Fine, elegant, bringing precision and fruit, the Bertranges forest pushes the minerality of this wine.
This wine would go perfectly with a summer grill, white, or with a seafood plancha.
