The second edition of « Plumes d’Or du Vin et de la Gastronomie » organized by Paul Ansellem, from Domaine Georges Vernay, took place at the Palais Cambon in Paris last June 13th.
This event began with a tasting of champagnes and wines from renowned French estates. The dinner was then served by three starred chiefs of the « Grandes Tables du Monde » accompagnied by famous Pierre Hermé.
During the dinner, the presenter Isabelle Giordano awarded the trophies to the French and foreign journalists of Wine and Gastronomy of the year.
The Tonnellerie Berthomieu was partner of the event and present with winegrowers.
